The 18 teams included players from Weipa, Innisfail, South Johnstone, Tully, Babinda, Edge Hill, Marlin Coast and Atherton Tablelands, who played five games of 16 ends.

Over five games, teams scored two points for a win and one point for a draw.

By coincidence, the two leading teams played against each other in the last game where Lyle Braggins’ team registered a thrilling one-point win and after the five game total scores, Michael de Vries’ team was relegated into third place.

Rhys Gillman, Malachy McTaggart, Lyle Braggins and Kayden Burley finished as tournament winners with a score of 10+95.
