The 76th Feast of the Three Saints transformed Silkwood into a vibrant celebration of faith, family and tradition, uniting the rural community with its spiritual counterpart, Sant’Alfio, on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. The day began with an Italian Mass concelebrated by Archbishop Charles Balvo, Apostolic Nuncio of Australia, alongside Bishop of Cairns Joseph Caddy, parish priest Father Kerry Crowley and Deacon Mark Cavicchiolo. Their service set the tone for a day steeped in devotion.
