Traffic will only be allowed through once each hour, on the hour, between 8am and 5pm.
Residents and visitors travelling this way are encouraged to make alternative arrangements or allow extra travel time.

Access will be provided for school buses and emergency service vehicles.
Changed traffic conditions will include temporary speed limit reductions, full closures and traffic control.
