Get creative at libraries
SCHOOL holiday activities are back, with plenty of creating, experimenting and making happening at Innisfail, Mission Beach, Tully and Cardwell libraries.
A spokeswoman for the libraries urged parents and guardians to book as soon as possible.
“Our school holiday sessions are always popular and can book out quickly, so don’t leave it until the last minute,” she said.
The activities are:
Innisfail Library:
Mini Plants (five years-plus), Wednesday 23 September at 10.30am
DIY library bag (five years-plus), Wednesday 30 September at 10.30am
Mission Beach Library:
Clay creations (five years-plus), Tuesday 22 September at 10am
Snow Globes (five years-plus), Tuesday 29 September at 10am

Beach art canvas (seven years-plus), Thursday 24 September at 10am
Wind chimes (five years-plus), Thursday 1 October at 10am
Cardwell Library:
Messy science lab (five years-plus), Wednesday 23 September at 10am
Mini masterpieces (five years-plus), Thursday 1 October at 10am.
