With 13 years of banking and lending experience, along with a decade as the owner of local business Petals and Beanz, she brings a strong customer service focus and a deep understanding of the needs of small businesses.

Ms Raiti said her long-standing connection to the region and genuine passion for the Tully community made the return to banking especially meaningful.

“The branch itself has also undergone a transformation, with a full refurbishment completed in 2025,” she said.

“The refreshed space reflects NAB’s commitment to being Australia’s most customer-centric bank, ensuring customers remain at the heart of every interaction.

“Whether it is personal or business banking, insurance, or lending, the Tully team has the expertise to support customers throughout every stage of their financial journey.

“The branch is also pleased to introduce its new home lender, Peta Abela. With extensive lending experience and a strong track record of helping customers achieve their financial goals, Peta is a welcome addition to the team.”

To celebrate the new beginnings, the Tully community is invited to a morning tea at the branch on Thursday, 12 February, from 10am to 11am with locals encouraged to stop by, meet Ms Raiti and explore the newly refurbished space.

The team also includes:

Savannah Johnston, a proud local and daughter of Christina and Anthony Johnston, serves as a customer advisor. With six years at NAB, she brings valuable personal lending experience and a strong commitment to supporting local customers.

Mikayla Tsakissiris, customer advisor, has been with NAB for close to a year. With a decade of customer and managerial experience, along with personal lending knowledge, her ties to Silkwood strengthen her connection to the community she serves.
