Brisbane Broncos NRLW premiership winner Romy Teitzel returned to her hometown of Tully where she visited her former schools, Tully state high and Cardwell state school.

At Tully State School, Teitzel and Brisbane Broncos ambassador Petero Civoniceva shared stories of following your dreams, resilience, teamwork, how hard work and effort pays off and answered hard hitting questions from students.

“Even though you live in small town and regional community and often need to travel long distances to play sport, you can achieve anything you put your mind to,” Teitzel told students.
