Risque show sure to liven up Con Theatre
FRESH off winning ‘best stand up’ at this year’s Newcastle Fringe Festival, Tamborine Mountain comedy favourite Vanessa Larry Mitchell is set to unleash two hours of unfiltered, side splitting mayhem when she returns to the Con Theatre, Innisfail on 13 August with her endurance edition show ‘Teardrops on My Dildo’.

Ms Mitchell’s latest performance has been earning rave reviews and national attention, with nominations for best premiere show at Newcastle Fringe and Australian club entertainment of the year. Her earlier shows, including the 2022 Fringe winning Tears on My Dildo and its sequel ‘Fully Charged’ cemented her reputation as one of Australia’s most fearless, wildly funny storytellers.
Despite the cheeky title, Mitchell says the show is really about life, the relatable, ridiculous, messy parts of parenting, dating and navigating the world as a modern woman.
Expect jokes, visuals, a song, and “way too much information,” all delivered with her trademark sass and unapologetic honesty.
The 18-plus show welcomes everyone, men included, but the kids should stay home.
Tickets are selling fast. The show starts at 7pm, with bookings available at ticketebo.com.au or at the door.
