Exhibitors consisted of a large cross-section of apprenticeship and traineeship providers, a strong industry representation as well as tertiary and university institutions.
Mayor Teresa Millwood said careers day continued to grow year after year, creating exciting opportunities for local young people.

“What began in 2020 as a small event with 13 stallholders and 100 students has grown into something truly extraordinary,” Cr Millwood said.
“It’s fantastic to see so many businesses and organisations inspiring and supporting the next generation of our region’s workforce,” she said.
“A big thank you to all the businesses, organisations and industry representatives who took time out of their busy work day to host a stall, share their knowledge and create meaningful opportunities for our young people to explore future careers.”
