Sultanas have experience
INNISFAIL-based Allan Sultana Constructions (QLD) Pty Ltd is a family-owned and run business which has successfully completed $125 million-plus commercial, residential and mixed-use projects on the Cassowary Coast.
Allan Sultana is a commercial open class builder with 48 years of industry experience specialising in the civil, commercial, industrial, government, health, aging, education and residential sectors.
He is joined by his wife Leanne Sultana, who has 30 years’ experience in business management. She is a qualified JP and a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors and a fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders.
Mr Sultana’s eldest son, Ashley Sultana, has extensive experience within civil construction and, who has obtained a mid-rise builders licence and continues in his father’s footsteps.
His youngest son, Bradley Sultana, has a Batchelor of Urban Development (construction management) and undertakes project management within the company”.
Mr Sultana senior is also supported by many other skilled and longstanding employees, all of whom he describes as “true assets to the company.
Prior to the company’s establishment in 2001, traded since 1979.
“Our company has earned the respect and loyalty of local clientele and has grown to become one of the biggest and longest-running commercial builders in the Cassowary Coast,” Mr Sultana snr said.
Residential housing is where he first started after completing his apprenticeship then progressed to commercial property developments, including schools, service stations, medical facilities, industrial sheds, in and around the Cassowary Coast, Atherton and Ingham.
The Sultana Group has successfully completed over $125m of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects – using project structuring and funding solutions to minimise, manage and optimise project outcomes for all stakeholders.
