The annual event recognised excellence across merit, subject and academic categories, as well as a wide range of special awards supported by generous community sponsors.

The evening showcased the dedication, resilience and talent of students from years 7 to 12.

A school spokeswoman said principal Helen Carne, staff, families and community representatives came together to acknowledge the accomplishments of students who displayed exceptional effort and commitment throughout the year.

“A huge thank you to our incredible school band for an outstanding performance.

“Your talent, dedication and teamwork bring so much energy and pride to our school community,” she said.

“As the curtains closed on the 2025 Tully State High School awards night, the school proudly reflected not only on the remarkable achievements of its students, but also on the strong community spirit that supports their success.”
