Adventure will meet luxury with this new collaboration, offering an exclusive way to experience the world-famous Great Barrier Reef.

The partnership combines the indulgence of a private superyacht, staying aboard the Atlantic Princess with the thrill of guided reef fishing led by Cairns Reef Fishing’s experienced local crew.

Guests can now enjoy a seamless escape that blends comfort, connection and adventure, from waking up to ocean views and enjoying gourmet meals, to reeling in coral trout, red emperor, Spanish mackerel and more.

Flexibility is key with customisable package options for groups of six-eight guests, including multi-night stays with guided fishing days or single-day fishing charters paired with overnight luxury accommodation.

Daily fishing adventures will wind down with guests returning to their private yacht to relax, dine and share stories of their catch under the stars.

Atlantic Princess Captain Chris Vadas said the partnership offered a unique way to enjoy the region.

“This partnership brings together two of Cairns’ best experiences, reef fishing and private yacht charters, to create something unique for visitors and locals alike,” he said.

“It’s the ultimate way to explore the Great Barrier Reef in style.”

Cairns Reef Fishing general manager Corey Brown said the collaboration elevated what guests could experience on the Reef.

“Our goal has always been to give people unforgettable fishing experiences,” he said.

“Partnering with Atlantic Princess means we can now offer that at a whole new level – premium, personalised and completely seamless from the moment guests step on board.”
